Combining dynamic boxing techniques with high-intensity interval training, this fast-paced workout torch calories, build lean muscle, and improve cardiovascular endurance—all while sharpening your focus and stress resilience. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete, every punch and movement is designed to push your limits, build confidence, and leave you energized for the rest of your day. How to prepare: Boxing gloves required! Please wear clean athletic shoes, as well as athletic clothing that's easy to move around in. Water is also helpful. (Water bottles available to purchase for $1 if needed)
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. All cancellations made less than 12 prior to the class start time will incur a $5 cancellation fee. The fee helps ensure fair access to classes and covers administrative expenses. No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance or late cancellations. Exceptions may be considered for medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
